Welcome to Jey Shetra Academy. By using our website, enrolling in our courses, or accessing any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Courses Offered

We provide coaching and training in:

  • IEEE Project Development

  • Electronics Design

  • Software Training

  • Competitive Exams: GATE, TNPSC, RRB, BANK, SSC, and SI

2. Enrollment & Admission

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after complete or agreed partial payment of course fees.

  • Admission to specific batches is subject to availability and academic prerequisites.

  • Students must provide accurate and verifiable details during registration.

3. Fees & Refunds

  • Course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is made.

  • Fee concessions, if applicable, are at the sole discretion of the academy.

  • In the event of withdrawal, absence, or expulsion, no refund shall be provide

4. Conduct & Attendance

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline and punctuality.

  • A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory for course completion and certification.

  • The academy reserves the right to terminate services for misconduct, cheating, or disruption.

5. Study Materials & Projects

  • All course materials, videos, and project documents are the intellectual property of Jey Shetra Academy.

  • These materials must not be shared, reproduced, or sold without written consent.

  • IEEE and other project support is offered within the defined scope of the selected program.

6. Class Rescheduling

  • Jey Shetra Academy reserves the right to reschedule classes or shift batches due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Students may request a batch change, but approval is at the academy’s discretion.

7. Online Learning

  • For online classes, students must ensure proper devices and internet access.

  • Sharing of login credentials or recorded sessions is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee placements or selection in government exams. We aim to guide and prepare students with best-in-class training.

9. Changes to Terms

Jey Shetra Academy may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review them periodically.
